As Supply Chain Manager I am responsible for all Purchasing, Inbound and Intercompany (USA office) Logistics, Product Margin levels, Global Inventory and Vendor relations. I also get involved in key account pricing and deals. With new product introduction, I manage the whole process through from initial supplier introduction, to developing a finished product. I then work alongside our marketing team, either to package and/or to create the POS/Advertising. I dedicate as much time as possible to product development to keep CoA at the forefront of product innovation, which customers have come to expect. Keeping the flow of stock efficient is also another pivotal role I play to meet company objectives.
Fascinating fact about Paul: At the age of 11 I was a second degree black belt at Tae Kwon Do and fought at multiple levels, and was contacted to be in the Power Ranger series, unfortunately education got in the way of my childhood dream!
